It can be hard to find time to move your body, even though it's a great way to relieve stress. Join us for a yoga session with a licensed instructor to learn techniques and meditate!

This particular meeting with involve 20 minutes of laughter yoga with Maria Amado of Empath Health during the beginning of the meeting.
