Express yourself, learn new art skills, and explore different creative styles at East Lake Community Library! Join other students for hands-on projects, fun techniques, and a space to let your imagination shine.

Join Sari Fujimaru, a teaching artist from Japan, to draw cute to cool manga and anime characters! You will also decorate a bookmark with your drawing. No experience or skills needed to participate in this fun class.

Weaving on a cardboard loom is really fun and super easy to do. Yarns, fibers, and fabrics can be combined to make your uniquely textured piece of art. You will learn how to warp your little loom then weave a weft using a basic plain weave.

Participants in this beginner level watercolor class will learn how to blend colors and textures to create beautiful images that celebrate and pay homage to Black History.

Looking for a way to get creative using nature as the inspiration? Join TBEP and East Lake Community Library for a workshop that combines marine botany and art! Macroalgae, also known as seaweed, is a plant-like organism found in Tampa Bay.
