The Medicare 101 presentation conducted by the SHINE Program will provide information on the basics of Medicare with coverage that falls into four different areas called “Parts”- Medicare Part A, B, C & D, and what they mean to you. 

Our book club is the first Wednesday of every month unless otherwise noted.

Somatic flexibility technique is a gentle-release practice that retrains the brain to allow the muscles to let go, release tension and relax.

AARP Smart Driver's Class 9am-3:30pm - Registration Required - Participants will come in the side community room door since the library is not yet open at 9am.

Join us as our instructor, Cathy Ordiway leads us through the slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi.  Its dancelike movements will help you become flexible, strong and relaxed and also help you achieve balance- both physically and emotionally.
