Monthly meeting of the library's Foundation Board at 5 PM followed by the Advisory Board at 6 PM. Public is welcome to attend. 

At this meeting, we will be joined by guest speaker William Rambaum, board-certified as an Elder Law Specialist by both The Florida Bar and the National Elder Law Foundation. 

Join us for this artist reception celebrating and welcoming Coni Minneci. Light refreshments will be available. No registration required.

The PHCSA Board (Palm Harbor Community Services Agency) is the governing board for Palm Harbor and East Lake libraries and recreational services. Meetings are held monthly at one of the four entities and the public is always welcome.
