The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a group of dedicated teens in grades 9–12 who want to make a difference in their library and community.

Walk-In Passport Services will be offered on a first come, first served basis.  

Join us for the Tabletop & Video Game Club—a mix of cards, controllers, and good times! Battle it out in Super Smash Bros, try a new board game, or trade cards with fellow fans.

Children ages 0-5 and their caregivers are invited to join us at Brooker Creek Preserve for a nature-inspired storytime, songs, bubbles, and a fun craft or activity.

Somatic flexibility technique is a gentle-release practice that retrains the brain to allow the muscles to let go, release tension and relax.

Kids in grades 3-5 are invited to join Heather's Traveling Canvas in creating Leonardo da Vinci inspired paintings of the Mona Lisa on canvas. 

Seeking a quiet space for your child to play chess and practice with other young players? 

"Can you imagine a day in your life without music?" Join local author Bonnie Whitehurst for a special reading from her new book, All Kinds of Music. She will also showcase a variety of musical instruments and sign books upon purchase.

A monthly series of Sunday concerts with a variety of styles and performers presented by the Friends of East Lake Community Library. Tickets are $15 each and may be purchased prior to each concert or at the door, if available.
