Need tech support? Try our Virtual Help Desk! Schedule an appointment for personalized assistance with your tech issues, all from the comfort of your home. Our friendly and knowledgeable IT staff will remotely access your device to help troubleshoot problems, set up programs, or provide advice. This free service requires you to temporarily install the program AnyDesk on your computer or phone. Our IT staff will guide you through the installation process over the phone at the beginning of the appointment and help you uninstall it at the end.

East Lake Library also offers in-person tech support weekdays until 5:00 PM, no appointment needed, though patrons are encouraged to call ahead.

A valid Pinellas County library card is required for this program.
