Somatic flexibility technique is a gentle-release practice that retrains the brain to allow the muscles to let go, release tension and relax. Using slow, focused movements, this form of healing is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves our muscles.
If you have back pain, headaches, general stiffness or posture issues, this class could help you! Over time you will begin to feel more balanced and more free in your mind and body! Join us! Bring your own mat and yoga blocks.
Please note that this class begins promptly at 10:30am. We will accept no late attendees due to the disturbance it causes for the rest of the class. Thank you for your cooperation.
