Join us as our instructor, Cathy Ordiway leads us through the slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi.  Its dancelike movements will help you become flexible, strong and relaxed and also help you achieve balance- both physically and emotionally.

The ELCL Writers’ Group is a creative writing group, open to all those 18 years of age or older looking for a community of writers and seeking to improve their writing skills. The group meets once a month and is self-monitored.
