Sound Bath Meditation with Tamara Rokicki

Enjoy a relaxing sound bath meditation that features crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes and guided meditation. You may also want to have them bring a blanket and/or pillow, I feel that most people need it for extra comfort.

Born and raised in Southern Italy, I am deeply connected to my Italian mystical and folkloric roots. Hailing from the Puglia region—the "heel of the boot"—known for its rocky cliffs, sandy beaches, and natural beauty, I carry with me the ancient knowledge and traditions of my homeland.

As a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, Meditation Instructor, Pregnancy Mindfulness Coach, and Art Therapy Life Coach, I integrate these ancient teachings into my work to support healing, mindfulness, and creative expression. I also offer customized Corporate Wellness programs designed to reduce stress and enhance focus, creating a balanced and productive environment for all. Through a holistic approach, I guide my clients—whether in personal, corporate, or pregnancy settings—toward emotional well-being, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.
