Event Details

Who doesn’t love a 1920’s Speakeasy Whodunnit? Join us for a fun interactive murder mystery event, "Death of a Gangster," performed by The Murder Mystery Company of Tampa. Enjoy a great dinner and peruse a wide array of silent auction items and raffle baskets. Come as you are or dress in your best Roaring 20’s costume. There will be a prize awarded for best costume!! Tickets include a buffet dinner, dessert & the show. There will be a cash bar available! The event is being held at Wentworth Country Club.

Tickets $50 each (18 and over) - On sale Sept. 9th at the front desk or call the library - (727) 773-2665. Refunds can only be given until October 15th. 

 We also have three Sponsorship Levels available:                                                                   

The Charleston Level – $1,000

  •  Includes 8 tickets for dinner and Murder Mystery (one reserved table)
  • Included in event press releases, marketing products at each table (optional) and digital media materials
  •  Your company’s sponsorship announced during event and on printed programs 

The Tango Level – $500

  • Includes 4 tickets for dinner and Murder Mystery
  • Your company’s sponsorship announced during event and on printed programs

"Just Desserts" Level - $250 (Dessert Sponsor)

  • Includes 2 tickets for dinner and the Murder Mystery
  • Your company's sponsorship announced at the event and displayed prominently at the dessert table and on the printed programs.
