ELCL is a ballot drop-off location Monday - Saturday, August 10 - August 17th, from 10:00 AM - 4 PM. Volunteers from Pinellas County Supervisor of elections will be available in the Community Room to accept your sealed/signed envelopes during these days/times. A REMINDER: LIBRARY STAFF CANNOT ACCEPT BALLOTS AND BALLOTS CANNOT BE PLACED IN THE BOOK DROPS.
