Annual ELCL Passport Fair

Planning to travel this year? ELCL is offering a one-day Passport Fair (no appointments necessary!) for new passport applications (or passport holders whose passports are more than 15 years from issue date). Be sure to bring the completed DS-11 form, birth certificate or naturalization papers, photo ID (driver's license, etc.), expired passport, if applicable, and all other documentation. For minors under 16, both parents must be present or have the additional notarized form. GOVERNMENTAL FEES MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. The library also does passport photos, if needed.
